Customer Logistics Solutions Analyst

Our client, a global leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry , is seeking a Customer Logistics Solutions Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN. As a Customer Logistics Solutions Analyst, you will be part of the Logistics Global Admin supporting international consumer customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Logistics Solutions Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN (hybrid schedule preferred, minimum 2 days onsite)

Pay Range: $35 - 42 / HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend/convert

Job Functions:

• Lead vehicle load factor improvement initiatives to optimize domestic customer shipments using Power BI analytics.
• Implement customer minimum order quantity strategies to enhance full pallet and full layer pick ratios across distribution centers.
• Standardize customer order and shipping frequency patterns to improve transportation efficiency and network stability.
• Engage directly with customers to present initiatives, review progress, and support the adoption of shipment optimization practices.
• Develop and maintain decision support tools, including prioritization matrices, process maps, and initiative tracking mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in customer-facing logistics and project management roles.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Power BI for trend analysis and performance tracking.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience managing complex operational projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to travel domestically and support international time zones as needed.
