Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Maplewood, MN. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. • Create and execute a best-in-class supply chain strategy across the AMERICAS for Converting & Pack Out Services to drive supplier consolidation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with procurement cost, cash, and growth objectives.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders including Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and manage complex supplier relationships to ensure optimal service and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service levels, speed, and cost-effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze procurement data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
