This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

• Work independently to achieve goals, using established processes and tools while identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and helps coordinate project activities and priorities.
• Solve complex sourcing challenges, analyzes data and trends, and develop effective solutions to non-routine issues.
• Influence team success by providing direction and recommendations that support operational effectiveness across multiple groups.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of supply chain and/or procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

May include up to 10% domestic travel.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Expected compensation range: $95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
