• Support the onboarding of suppliers into the new GEP procurement system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process improvements, and support system stabilization activities.
• Help with data analysis, validation, and cleanup activities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support reporting efforts and help track issues, risks, and follow-up items during the project lifecycle.

• Recent college graduate or entry-level professional with a strong interest in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
