Our business here at Asphalt Driveway Company is seasonal for asphalt and concrete installation. (April-Nov) All of our installers are trained on each phase of the installation, eventually working on a set crew. We have several crews: demolition/grading, paving, concrete setup and installation, sealcoat, and service/repair crews. This is physical work and requires a person to be in good physical condition.

Some experience is helpful but not necessary. We train!

• Early Start Time (6am)
• Driving trucks
  * and equipment
• Shoveling, raking, and sweeping
• Lay outs dimensions of work to be performed
• Dressing in proper uniform and footwear. High visibility work shirt provided
• Maintaining a clean job site and clean up after work is done

* Class A or B License needed to drive our dump trucks. Asphalt Driveway Company has and will help responsible installers acquire their Class A or B license. Train with our equipment!

Due to the seasonal nature of our business reliability in our installers is important. Asphalt Driveway Company requires all our crew members to be on time to deliver our customers the best possible job. Our installers average 50+ hours per week.

Although we can only install driveways seasonally, our estimators work year-round. Asphalt Driveway Company covers the entire Twin Cities FIVE county metro area. Each estimator covers their own assigned territory. Construction background is helpful, but not necessary.

• Ability to work Mon-Sat
• Cover day and evening appointments
• Maintaining calendar of daily appointments
• Measure, design and estimate cost of projects
• Fill out contracts and paperwork for work orders
