• Serve as a customer-facing representative for candidates and clients
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Assist with onboarding, hiring paperwork, and new hire orientation
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
• Handle high-volume phone calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate schedules and staffing assignments
• Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems
• Address candidate and client concerns with professionalism
• Support planning, coordination, and daily staffing operations
• Identify and resolve problems efficiently and professionally

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with customer-facing and phone-based work
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fast-paced staffing office
• Frequent interaction with candidates and clients
• M-F; weekends as needed

Pay will depend on experience
