Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for an ATPPS Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach at Harambee Elementary School. This position will be responsible for running the ATPPS program (Alternative Teacher Professional Pay System, commonly known as Q Comp), planning and running building PLCs, coordinating Title 1 services in the school, and coaching teachers. This position is 1.0 FTE and will start August 31, 2026.
Responsibilities- Assists teams in setting team goal(s).
- Supports teams in developing and implementing a plan for achieving the team goal.
- Works with the admin team to monitor PLC implementation, monitor the work of the collaborative teams, and guide teams in setting collaborative team meeting agendas.
- Assists teachers in setting a professional growth goal, aligned to the Roseville Area Schools Performance Standards.
- Coaches teachers in curriculum implementation with a primary focus on Language Arts, Math, and Team Teaching.
- Assists in running weekly PLC meetings with each grade level team.
- Supports teams in analyzing CFA and other data to plan and implement intervention time.
- Builds capacity of teachers in data analysis, instructional planning, and supporting the PLC process.
- Communicates regularly with building administration.
- Maintains Title 1 documentation.
- Supports Advanced Academics and Talent Development (AATD) programming.
- Supports AVID implementation and documentation in grade 5 and 6.
- A MN Teaching License is required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to the equitable education of all students.
- Successful experience in leadership roles.
- Successful experience using data to inform instructional decision making.
- Knowledge and understanding of Roseville Area Schools' ATPPS program, Performance Standards, and Teacher Growth, Development and Evaluation system (training will be provided).
- Experience and knowledge of leading professional development.
Minimum full year, full-time starting salary is $53,085, plus a district contribution toward health insurance. Placement on the salary schedule is based on education and experience and collective bargaining guidelines.
