• Experience working with elementary students
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in education.
• A teaching license is preferred, not required; ongoing professional development is required.
• Support of the Catholic faith and willingness to teach and uphold the tenets of our faith.
• Training and experience in running a classroom successfully.
• Strong communication skills and a strong ability to form relationships with students and families.
• Passion for the art and craft of teaching and commitment to being a lifelong learner.
• Ability to pass background checks and complete required safe environment training.

• Teach core subjects with a focus on strong academics and faith formation.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff.
