Hello ECSE Teachers! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the beginning of the  school year in the Maplewood, MN area. This position will be temporary and covering a long-term leave. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($45-60/hour)

• Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related area
• Active Minnesota PELSB Early Childhood Special Education License
• Experience in school-based settings
