LAB Technician II

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and research sector, is seeking a LAB Technician II to join their team. As a LAB Technician II, you will be part of the Corporate Research Process Lab supporting process development and product innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician II

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 118-24

• Take ownership over a coating process line, working closely with product developers on coating operations and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
• Perform analytical work, characterizing samples and materials, and conducting detailed analysis related to projects and samples produced during process line experiments.
• Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle chemicals with care, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Document all experimental procedures and results with precision and clarity.

• Mechanical inclination and comfort working with process equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
