Senior Corporate Auditor Impact

As a Senior Corporate Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, evaluate operational and internal controls, and identify opportunities for improvement by leading moderate to high risk audits.

• Conduct and lead audits of moderate to high risk and complexity.
• Participate in audit scoping and risk assessment.
• Analyze data and select samples for testing processes to identify control gaps and potential operational improvement.
• Document and summarize audit findings and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Communicate audit findings orally and in written form to management.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (verified before start).
• Five years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Experience in internal audit or Big 4 audit practice.
• Professional accounting certification (CIA, CPA, or CMA).
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP.

• On-site model: at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

• Travel may include up to 20% domestic or international.
