Bright Star Care is looking for reliable caregivers to join our team in a full‑time position. We have both daytime and nighttime shift hours available. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with personal care, bathing, dressing, transferring, light housekeeping, and companionship. • Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1‑hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and 2‑hour shifts at $22.50 per hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19 and $22 based on experience.

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior and needs.
• Act as a member of the care coordination team to communicate with the RN case manager to update the plan of care.

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands‑on environment (home health, assisted living, group home, hospital setting).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared chest‑xray.
• Availability to work two weekend days per month.
