Medication and symptom monitoring including reminders and documenting vitals or red-flag signs for supervising nurse;
Therapeutic engagement such as reading aloud, reminiscence, range-of-motion guidance, or assisting with short walks to promote wellness;
Accurate documentation of care notes, progress, and concerns in the digital charting system before the end of each shift
