• Currently pursuing, or possesses, a bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited institution

This role has an on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at 3M Center, located in Maplewood, MN.

Responsibilities of this position include complying with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.

All US-based 3M full-time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment. This agreement outlines key terms on using confidential information and trade secrets, discusses conflicts of interest, and details obligations related to inventions and non-competition.
