Responsibilities- Coordinate and assist with executive meeting requests and support.
- Provide advanced technical assistance for hardware and software challenges.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of standard PCs, mobile devices, and software solutions.
- Lead client-focused IT projects to improve service delivery.
- High School diploma or equivalent, verified prior to start.
- Minimum one year of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support.
- Experience with technical customer service across various environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Three years of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support.
- Familiarity with iOS devices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this role is $11 - $31 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
