As a(n) Senior Analytics Application Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading ... Creating healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing ...Enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining ...the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting ...Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
• Willingness to be on-call

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of (2) two years of experience in Software Development in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (6) six years of experience in Software Development in a private, public, government or military environment

• (2+) years Software Engineering Experience
• (2+) years Data Analytics Experience
• (2+) years working in an agile development environment
• (2+) years working with databases, including SQL, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, and ETL techniques.
• (2+) years working with BI tools, such as Amazon Quick Sight, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• (2+) years working with BI techniques, such as Filters, Prompts, Templates, Hierarchies, Metrics, and Attributes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
• Demonstrated experience in dashboard and report development, testing, tuning, scheduling report delivery and alerts.
• Work experience in the healthcare industry and/or with healthcare data

Onboarding Requirement:
New employees hired for this position will travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:
The expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 - $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate.
