Supply Chain Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN
. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting procurement, maintenance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite)

Pay Range: $30.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract, potential to extend

• Analyze MRO stockroom and indirect spend data across enterprise platforms including SAP, SAMS/MAXIMO, and People Soft
• Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics tools
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support supply chain and procurement decision-making
• Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations) to align insights with business objectives
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors and service providers to address data discrepancies, performance issues, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, MRO stockroom, or indirect spend analysis
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, MAXIMO (SAMS), or People Soft
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with internal teams and external vendors/partners
