Sr. IT Analyst

Join our innovative team as a Sr. IT Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing endpoint security solutions while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals. Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced endpoint security solutions for Windows and Linux systems.
• Administer and support security technologies, focusing on policy implementation and operational support.
• Lead projects to enhance security compliance and expand platform capabilities.
• Provide Level 3 support for deployed security solutions and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on security roadmap initiatives and emerging technologies.
• Support security capabilities across AWS and Azure cloud environments.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in supporting endpoint security solutions.
• Proficiency in security technologies for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint protection platforms, such as Crowd Strike Falcon or Microsoft Defender.

Preferred Skills

• Five years of experience in endpoint security support within various environments.
• Familiarity with cloud security capabilities in AWS and Azure.
• Experience in device provisioning, agent deployments, and lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
