Job Description
This is a technical support position requiring computer workstation and network maintenance, troubleshooting, software installation, and software support. Installs, maintains, and services audio‑visual equipment, Epson short‑throw interactive projectors, phones, and other miscellaneous technology equipment. Processes warranty claims for equipment and/or parts replacements. Performs preventative maintenance and routine cleaning of equipment. Maintains records and inventory. Responds promptly to end‑user requests for assistance.
Minimum Qualifications- Familiarity with Windows 10, Apple OS, Office 365
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repair verified by training/work experience
- Workstation hardware and peripheral installation
- Workstation software installation, Windows system imaging, and inventory management
- Experience with LAN connectivity (wired and Wi‑Fi) and troubleshooting
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
$25.74 up to $33.16 depending on education and experience. Eight hours per shift, (7:30 am – 3:30 pm), Monday‑Friday, forty hours per week, 260 days per year.
