The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Supplier Enablement Process Analyst for a world-class client in Maplewood, MN
!
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in procurement, supply chain, business operations, or supplier data management who are looking to support a large-scale procurement transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:- Support supplier onboarding activities and onboarding new suppliers into the procurement system
- Maintain, clean, and validate supplier master data
- Prepare and analyze Excel reports
- Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate supplier data and efficient procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Basic understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with supplier onboarding, data management, reporting, or procurement operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Work Model: 100% onsite for approximately 2 weeks of training, then hybrid
Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
