Full-Time | Day Shift | Meaningful Work
Pay Range: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

The Shores of Lake Phalen is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our warm, resident-centered senior living community.

This role goes beyond cleaning. It’s about comfort, dignity, and helping our residents feel proud of the place they call home.

• Cleaning resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Changing linens and assisting with laundry as needed
• Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance concerns
• Following safety, infection control, and cleaning protocols
• Interacting kindly and respectfully with residents and teammates

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Take pride in your work and attention to detail
• Are dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Enjoy working around seniors
• Can work independently and stay organized
  
  Have housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred, not required)
