Responsibilities- Lead complex, multi‑million‑dollar digital initiatives from concept through production launch, driving enterprise‑wide technical programs.
- Manage cross‑functional delivery teams and ensure alignment with 3M’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee technical implementations and partner with IT, engineering, and business teams for integration.
- Engage senior stakeholders up to the SVP level, ensuring clear communication and timely decision‑making.
- Build high‑performing program teams and ensure clear ownership across work streams.
- Identify program risks and dependencies early, implementing proactive mitigation strategies and maintaining program stability.
- Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery quality aligns with program goals.
- Own program financials, including forecasting, tracking, and accountability for multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
- Provide transparent, structured program reporting to leadership.
- Demonstrate conflict‑resolution skills to maintain momentum in complex stakeholder dynamics.
- High school diploma or higher.
- 15 years of IT professional experience (private, public, government, or military).
- 5 years of leadership experience on complex global programs.
- 5 years of experience overseeing global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams within a matrixed organization.
- Vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in budget management ($1M+), maximizing resource efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with influence and motivation.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution with result focus.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives.
- Financial acumen and experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets and financial reporting.
- PMI PMP and/or PgMP certification (preferred).
On site at least 4 days a week at one of the following locations:
Maplewood, MN;
Austin, TX.
Travel may include up to 25% domestic/international.

Benefits & CompensationCompensation range: $212,947 - $260,268 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible).
