Job Overview
Fairview Health Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join Fairview - St. John's Hospital to cover 24-hour call shifts.
Responsibilities- On site, 24-hour call shift coverage.
- The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) oversees line operations of the anesthesia department and supervises support staff.
- Work independently as well as collaborate with Anesthesiologists and SRNAs. See a wide variety of cases.
- Enjoy flexible hours and scheduling.
- Fully Integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
A qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist training program. Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). At least one year of experience as a CRNA is required.

The posted pay range is for 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule.
Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
