Location: Maplewood, MN (In-Home Private Duty Care)

Pay

• RN: $38.00 – $41.00/hour

• LPN: $28.75 – $29.25/hour

Schedule:

• Tuesdays: 8:00AM – 10:00AM (2-hour shift)

• Thursdays: 8:00AM – 10:00AM (2-hour shift)

• Thursday into Friday (overnight): 10:00PM – 8:00AM

• Saturday into Sunday (overnight): 12:00AM – 8:00AM

Regency Home Health Care is currently hiring a Licensed RN or LPN to join our care team for a private-duty client in Maplewood, MN. This position offers a unique blend of short morning shifts and overnight care, providing flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive, small-team environment.

As an RN or LPN in this role, you'll work one-on-one with a client who has high medical needs in a home setting. • Provide direct care to a medically complex client in their home

• Monitor client condition and report assessments to supervisors and physicians

• Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed

• Manage tracheostomy, G‑tube, and/or ventilator care (if trained)

• Support client’s physical, mental, and emotional health

• Coordinate and follow up on medical appointments

• Maintain and track inventory of supplies, medications, and equipment

• Help foster a positive, safe, and professional home care environment

• REQUIRED
  :
  Active RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota

• REQUIRED
  :
  Current CPR certification

• HIGHLY PREFERRED:
  Experience with home care, ventilators, trach care, or G‑tubes

• Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills

• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
