Sonida Senior Living - 1870 East Shore Drive - Responsibilities:
Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration; may supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide residents' personal hygiene including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with travel to bathroom; assist with showers and baths;
Support activities of daily living by assisting with meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning; provide water and nourishment;
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information
