Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and research industry, is seeking a LAB Technician III to join their team. As a LAB Technician III, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the Optically Clear Adhesives lab team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LAB Technician III

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $25

• Conduct physical and mechanical tests to evaluate product quality and safety.
• Prepare materials and organize testing procedures for various experiments.
• Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research.
• Perform mechanical performance tests required for research, development, or quality control.
• Test or visually observe product samples from competitors and communicate results effectively.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lab Tech or in a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Capability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds and perform high‑repetition lifting of 5‑pound weights.
• Proficiency in using ladders or step stools to work from elevated surfaces.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
