Job Title: Product Quality Engineer
Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay Range: 30-35/hr
What's the Job?- Manage day-to-day quality-related activities and approvals associated with new SKU setup, product documentation, and other duties as assigned
- Support laboratory, products, processes, and systems by addressing customer complaints and collaborating on corrective actions
- Engage with customers and consumers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending, including monthly Quality Dashboard reports
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze non-conforming product testing and disposition
- Drive continuous product quality improvements using methods such as PPU, DOE, Six Sigma, and Quality at the Source
- Experience in product quality engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of quality improvement tools and methodologies
- Ability to support change management related to design and process modifications
