Deli Manager

UNFI -  - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the deli department to promote sales and achieve profit margins, labor goals, and to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, and a safe and positive working environment for associates;
Ongoing department planning, execution, and evaluation to maximize sales and profit opportunities;
Implement and maintain coordinated merchandising plans to maximize sales, variety and gross profit;
Manage deli receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control and inventory to ensure proper product control and that gross profit goals are met;
Provide training, development, and work direction for department associates to encourage teamwork and achievement of objectives
