Early Morning Truck​/Replenishment

Overview

Store - MSP-MAPLEWOOD, MN. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.

Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards. Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Other duties as assigned.

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products and solutions.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Complete truck unloading, stocking, merchandising recovery, and maintain in‑stock conditions; participate in SISO and AD set duties.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Assist with truck unload, planogram (POG) maintenance, and general store recovery.
• Follow SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Promote the organization’s vision and values; maintain a positive, respectful attitude and be a role model for other Team Members.
• Participate in cross‑training in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred knowledge/skills:
  Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical requirements and work environment:
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store; regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Work environment details:
  Public retail store setting; climate controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks;
  Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; night, weekend, and early morning work hours.

• Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $13.00 - $15.30.
