As Store Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the entire operation, responsible for driving results, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead and inspire Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates
• Drive sales, operational excellence, and profitability
• Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition
• Ensure a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop store environment
• Oversee merchandising execution, inventory flow, and presentation standards
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and labor productivity
• Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance
• Champion safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer

• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume retail environment
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain talent
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
