As Store Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the entire operation, responsible for driving results, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and inspire Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates
- Drive sales, operational excellence, and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition
- Ensure a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop store environment
- Oversee merchandising execution, inventory flow, and presentation standards
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and labor productivity
- Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance
- Champion safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Experience leading large teams in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain talent
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
