Maxfield Management Group is seeking energetic, friendly Meat Cutter helpers to join our Golden Corral team. You will cut meat to product specs and time standards, rotate cuts, and stock the meat cooler to maintain freshness and cleanliness.
You will follow food safety guidelines, sanitize surfaces between production, and assist with opening/closing procedures. Report discrepancies to ensure quality and guest value.
