BDC Administator

Dealership:

L0808 Audi St. Paul Lithia & Driveway/Carousel – Supporting 30 stores across Minnesota and Michigan, and Iowa including both domestic and import dealerships.

As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments.

Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.

What You’ll Do:

Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up Maintain and organize our customer database

Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing

Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service

Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine

What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail

Typing – ability to type efficiently

Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems.

Basic computer skills

Total Rewards This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $18.00

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
