We are hiring high-energy appointment setters to help schedule appointments for our AT&T Business sales team.

This is NOT a customer service job.

You will be making outbound calls to businesses, speaking with owners and decision makers, and setting qualified appointments for our outside sales representatives.

If you are confident on the phone, competitive, and motivated by performance bonuses, this can be an excellent long-term opportunity with room for advancement into sales and leadership.

Aurum Wireless is one of the fastest-growing AT&T Business dealers in the region and we are expanding our inside business development team.

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls to local businesses
  • Speak with business owners and decision makers
  • Qualify businesses for AT&T Business solutions
  • Schedule appointments for outside sales reps
  • Update notes and activity in our CRM
  • Hit daily call and appointment goals
This Role Is NOT
  • Customer support
  • A receptionist position
  • An easy "sit around" office job

This is a high-energy outbound calling environment focused on performance and results.
