• Guide customers through a professional, consultative vehicle purchase experience
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Demonstrate product knowledge across Toyota's lineup, including hybrid and electric vehicles
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives

Present financing, leasing, and protection options alongside our finance team

Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom opportunities promptly

Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Represent Maplewood Toyota with professionalism both in-store and in the community

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital retail tools
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
