Orange theory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help clients start their fitness journey. As a front-desk team member, you will greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout.
You will sell memberships, follow up with prospects, participate in marketing events, and support studio operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. A passion for fitness and strong communication are a must.
