Responsibilities
The primary duties of an HVAC Install Lead are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. This includes removing and replacing furnaces and air conditioners, conducting safety and performance tests for each system, and checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. The role emphasizes customer service: daily tasks include the technical aspects of the job, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information to homeowners about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, and communicating the status of systems after service.
Qualifications- 4+ years of HVAC experience
- Pre-employment background check completed
- Pre-employment drug screen completed
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
