McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, customer satisfaction and related tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all service calls are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor job performance and maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Previous management experience.
