Operations Analyst – Inflight Initiatives

Focus is to analyze and assist with current inflight initiatives and identify and implement improvements to the business process and technology platforms. Analyzes business, process, systems and data to recommend enhancements.

This full‑time role based in Iselin, NJ involves supporting HR operations through data analysis and reporting.

Involves predictive analytics and visualization. AI data lab for training frontier models and evaluating AI agents.

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Salaried, with performance‑based bonus. Benefits:

The Operations Site Manager manages the assigned scope of responsibility within a line of business and/or at a specific site within a market. May be assigned single or multiple depots, building facilities, etc.

Location:

Iselin, New Jersey. Role oversees the work of others who coordinate management of customer detention and demurrage in compliance with regulations.

Role is direct for Medscape Education; responsibilities include supporting sales operations processes and analytics.

Analyst to support a federal law enforcement client with audit support and compliance initiatives.

Responsible for cost‑effective operation, maintenance, and long‑term preservation of the physical assets of the property. Assists the (Sr) General Manager on operations oversight.

Newark, NJ or Jacksonville, FL. Full‑time, on‑site. Role involves analytics and data management for collections processes.
