Project Leader

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking a Project Lead to oversee small to medium scale projects with limited business impact. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to meet client quality expectations in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

• Lead project teams to successful completion of projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities and management of the implementation process.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.

New hires will be required to attend on‑site onboarding at a designated company location. The company will arrange and pay for travel and related expenses for employees commencing work on or after October 1, 2025.

U.S. applicants: $107,600 – $147,950 per annum (base pay plus eligible variable incentive). Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, HSA, HCFSA, disability coverage, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement plans.

Work location is restricted to incorporated areas; candidates will not be expected to work in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
