Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are working with a Construction firm that is looking for a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact role within a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex civil and site work projects on time and on budget.

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects including site work, underground utilities, grading, paving, drainage, and infrastructure improvements
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, municipalities, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field crews; foster a collaborative, accountable team environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and client representatives; communicate proactively on status, schedule, and issues
• Prepare and submit owner pay applications; review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions
• Manage change order preparation, negotiation, and execution
