Prospect Presbyterian Church – Maplewood, NJ (PCUSA)
OverviewProspect Presbyterian Church seeks a Head of Staff to lead us into our next season of ministry.
We are looking for a spiritually grounded, collaborative leader who will:
- Preach with theological depth, relevance, and energy
- Strengthen congregational vitality, engagement and organizational leadership
- Guide a diverse, multicultural congregation with creativity, empathy and vision
- Lead Christian education, discipleship, and spiritual formation for all ages
- Collaborate with Session in visioning, strategic planning, and ministry leadership
- Ordained or ordination-eligible PC(USA) minister
- 5–10 years of pastoral leadership experience
- Experience serving a diverse congregation or working in a multi‑cultural setting
- Strong preaching, pastoral care, and administrative leadership skills
