Elementary School, Special Education Teacher
Special Education Teacher – ABA qualification required. The candidate will be a Special Education Elementary teacher with ABA training; will have experience working in a special education classroom or resource room setting, with behavior modification experience. He/she should desire to work cooperatively with academic teachers within a team concept.
QUALIFICATIONS- New Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities and Elementary Education certification required.
- Knowledge of NJCCS and NCLB.
- ABA experience required.
- Teaching experience with special needs students preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.
Starting Salary Range:
- Bachelor's Degree: $70,000 - $100,315
- Master's Degree: $77,450 - $109,865
- Master's + 30 Credits: $81,565 - $115,450
- Doctorate: $84,565 - $118,450
