Candidates should have experience working in a special education classroom, or with in-class resource support and behavior modification experience. He/she should desire to work cooperatively with academic teachers within a team concept.

• 1. NJ Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities and the appropriate teaching endorsement certification required.
• 2. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
• 3. Teaching experience with special needs students preferred.

REPORTS TO Principal
