DCH Millburn Audi is looking for a professional, positive receptionist eager to build a long-term career. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, with clear paths to advance into Sales Administration or Audi Technologist positions.

• Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and according to company policies.
• Page employees when requested by customers in person or by phone.
• Transfer calls to the correct person quickly and accurately.
• Take and deliver messages to the appropriate employee.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep the reception desk and showroom clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays on occasion
• Cash-Handling experience preferred
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous Cashier/Receptionist experience is a plus.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18 to $20. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
