Dental Practice Specialist
The Senior Dental Practice Specialist will leverage industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to drive sales and support dental practices worldwide.
Impact You'll Make in this Role- Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently outperforming sales objectives while maintaining best‑in‑class CRM hygiene and territory management.
- Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment.
- Using point‑of‑sale and market share analytics to prioritize high‑impact opportunities and optimize territory strategy.
- Demonstrating a high level of comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach to uncover opportunities and expand territory penetration.
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with multiple stakeholders across different segments of the organization.
- Use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program; successful completion of a pre‑hire motor vehicle record review is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment; OR high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental industry.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Five (5) years of sales experience in the oral care business segment or industry is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
Remote/Field Base in the Southeast Virginia area (Richmond, Virginia Beach). May include up to 35% domestic travel. Relocation assistance not authorized.
Compensation and BenefitsApplicable to U.S. applicants only, the expected compensation range for this position is $105,600–$145,200, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
