What You'll DoHelp customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.

Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.

Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.

Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.

Participate in store meetings, work with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately.

Assist Sales Team with customer engagement and follow-up in the sales department during peak traffic times

What You'll Bring3+ Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience

Must be in a current Finance role in the Auto or RV industry.

Proficiency in CDK and Vin Solutions.

Polished and professional communicator

Proven track record with the ability to provide current performance metrics

Strong CSIAttention to detail and efficient CITAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Maintain full compliance with dealership regulations and safeguard client information in accordance with all established legal and corporate guidelines.

Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards We offer a package ranging from $111,000 to $303,500 annually, structured with a base salary plus commission.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
