Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and directing individuals to appropriate areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities
