Salary Range: $163,000 – $254,000 annually + comprehensive benefits
Requirements to Apply
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
- Current DEA registration and enrollment in the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy’s Controlled Substances Prescription Drug Monitoring Program
- Current CPR/BLS and PALS certification
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (must be valid before start date)
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry
- Experience with RBHA, AHCCCS Complete Care, and community-based programs
- Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience in a clinical setting

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our mission-driven dental team in Marana, Arizona. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care for infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special health care needs, in a community health setting.
As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll promote oral health and wellness while creating a welcoming, child-friendly environment that supports the long‑term dental health of your patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving the community and committed to advancing the mission of improving access to exceptional, whole‑person healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Diagnose and treat pediatric dental conditions while educating patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Ensure a calm, child-centered atmosphere to ease anxiety and encourage positive dental experiences
- Perform treatment under sedation or general anesthesia when necessary (if credentialed)
- Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, administer local anesthesia, and manage oral health emergencies as needed
- Adhere to infection control policies, OSHA standards, and all applicable state and federal regulations
- Support and mentor dental residents or team members as assigned
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities
