• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card (active status required)
• Active Arizona Department of Education Standard K-12 Teaching Certification in Special Education
• Proven experience working successfully in special education settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Adaptability to meet the unique needs of students with various learning, behavioral, or adaptive challenges

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction for students in your assigned program (options available in middle school resource, middle school behavior, K-8 behavior, or elementary adaptive settings)
• Implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive student outcomes
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and behavioral growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate actively in progress meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including new teacher orientation (dates provided), to remain current with best practices and compliance standards

• Influence the lives of students in an onsite, supportive school setting
• Choose from a variety of program settings based on your expertise and interests
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on holistic student development
• Full school-year assignment with structured work hours, including orientation for new educators
