Multiple special education teaching positions are available:

• Middle School Resource
• Middle School Behavior Program
• K-8 Behavior Program
• Elementary Adaptive Program

Engage with passionate colleagues, develop tailored educational plans, and make a transformational impact. You'll work onsite, providing direct support from July through May, aligning with both student and faculty calendars including new teacher orientation.

What You'll Need:

• Valid Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Standard K-12 Teaching Certification
• Current and active fingerprint clearance card
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in supporting resource, behavior, and adaptive programs
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administration
• Effective classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a contract-based position
• Passion for fostering inclusion and academic growth in all students

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing, implementing, and adjusting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Delivering instruction tailored to students with a broad spectrum of abilities and needs
• Partnering with teachers, aides, service providers, and parents
• Monitoring progress, documenting results, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Adapting materials and instructional strategies to meet student goals
• Contributing to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

This is an onsite-only role with a dedicated schedule aligned to the academic calendar, offering professional development opportunities and the chance to build lasting relationships and expertise.
